Injection moulding

Our injection moulding section is equipped with eight injection-moulding machines, ranging from 22 to 400 tons. We are therefore ideally positioned to produce a wide range of plastic products, using either our own or third-party moulds. The moulds we use for large and complex items are manufactured in China and flow in. This allows us to start manufacturing your product within 6 to 7 weeks of receiving your order.

 

Our injection-moulding machines are fitted with modern auxiliary equipment, including colouring machines, hopper loaders, separators, conveyer belts and a central drying system. The production of most plastic products is fully automated, resulting in consistent quality, short lead times, and competitive prices. Metron is able to manufacture items weighing up to 1.6 kg.

 

We are able to process all materials - except PVC - in all possible colours. Take a look at the photo gallery for examples of our products.
