Our extensive network of toolmakers in China allows us to create moulds quickly and inexpensively. By combining low mould prices with competitive production costs, we offer an unparalleled balance between price and quality. Moulds manufactured in China are flown in and ready for use within six weeks of receiving your order.

 

The continuous presence of bilingual engineers (Dutch/Chinese) prevents technical misunderstandings, which, in turn optimises product quality and lead times. Email is an essential communication medium for dispatching data files, drawings and other instructions. It also provides a real-time ‘tool’ for monitoring progress. To safeguard quality, Metron constantly tracks and monitors third-party mould manufacturers.

 

Once completed, the moulds are rigorously tested and sample products arrive in the Netherlands within days. Assuming the samples are approved, the mould - including all quality records and accessories - is flown to the Netherlands and installed on one of our injection-moulding machines. This process ensures your mould is ready for production within six to seven weeks of receiving your order.
