Tool Shop

Our tool shop manufactures and services injection moulds and stamping-dies. We use the following techniques for the production of injection moulds and stamping-dies: grinding, CNC milling, cottering and spark-erosion.

The tool shop is staffed by motivated and experienced personnel using high-tech equipment. A combination that enables us to manufacture moulds of nearly all shapes and types, including moulds with multiple cavities or incorporating a rot-runner system, hardened moulds, moulds with slides, and surface-treated moulds (polished, textured or engraved).

In addition to the above, we offer product engineering and development services. Although most of the tools we produce are destined for our own production facilities, we also engineer tools for third parties.
